An einem Abend im Urlaub, neulich im Schwarzwald kreierte meine fünfjährige Tochter dieses "Glücksbringblumensteinmuster" und brachte mich zum Staunen.
One evening on vacation, the other day in the Black Forest, my five-year-old daughter created this "lucky flower stone" pattern and amazed me.
Eigentlich wollte ich mich gerade hinsetzen, um ein Muster zu dekonstruieren. Ich hatte ein interessantes Muster in unserer Ferienwohnung entdeckt. Es reizte mich schon seit Tagen, etwas daraus zu machen. Meine Tochter setzte sich kurzerhand mit ihren Buntstiften neben mich und sagte, sie würde jetzt auch ein neues Muster malen.
Actually, I was about to sit down to deconstruct a pattern. I had discovered an interesting pattern in our vacation home. It had been tempting me for days to make something out of it. Without further ado, my daughter sat down next to me with her crayons and said she was going to draw a new pattern now, too.
Ohne groß zu überlegen legte sie los und erklärte mir, dass das Muster mit einer Art Wolke oder Blume beginnen solle. Sie könne mir gerne ihr neues Muster beibringen. Wir könnten doch Workshop spielen und sie sei die Zentangle Trainerin.
Without thinking too much, she started and told me that the pattern should start with some kind of cloud or flower. She said she would be happy to teach me her new pattern. We could play workshop and she was the Zentangle teacher.
Ich war so fasziniert von ihrer unerschrockenen und spontanen Herangehensweise. So erfrischend beherzt! Sie zog mich mit ihrer Tatkraft, ihrem Glücksbringblumensteinmuster und den Erklärungen dazu in ihren Bann. Plötzlich waren Stunden vergangen. Ganz vertieft und beglückt malten und tangleten wir darauf los. In diesem schönen Gefühl des gemeinsamen Flows entstanden unzählige Werke und die Zeit verflog. Ganz so, wie ich es aus meinen Workshops kenne.
I was so fascinated by her fearless and spontaneous approach. So refreshingly dauntless! She captivated me with her drive, her "lucky flower stone pattern" and explanations. Suddenly, hours had passed. Totally engrossed and delighted we painted and tangled away. Countless works were created and time flew: In this beautiful feeling of the common flow. Just as I know it from my workshops.
Gegen Mitternacht (!) waren wir zwar überhaupt nicht müde, gingen dann aber vernünftigerweise doch ins Bett. Mit dem Glücksgefühl im Bauch, dass der nächste Ferientag genügend Zeit und Raum für weitere kreative Stunden bereithalten würde, schliefen wir selig und glücklich ein.
Around midnight (!) we were not tired at all, but then went reasonably yet to bed. With the happy feeling in our stomachs that the next vacation day would hold enough time and space for further creative hours, we fell asleep blissfully and happily.
Inzwischen ist die Auszeit im Schwarzwald zu Ende, ich habe wieder ordentliches Wlan und kann nun endlich dieses fröhliche Muster mit euch teilen. Hier kommt die Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung zu Pina`s "Glücksbringblumensteinmuster".
